I became certified in personal training under the W.I.T.S program in 2008. Ever since then I've been actively working with a wide range of clients with many different goals and aspirations within the Central New Jersey area. I also specialize in working with older adult populations and post rehabilitated clients.
From the convenience of your own home I now offer Group and One on One Training over the Google Duo app. We utilize suspension training systems and traditional free-weight dumbbells in interval circuit style routines. We combine resistance training and interval circuits to maximize the cardiovascular, endurance, and strength benefits in our programming. When you begin I offer two free virtual one on one personal training sessions to help you learn the basics of how the program works and so I can learn any modifications you may need applied to the programming. This way you can feel confident when you step into your first group training with the rest of the crew.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
