Welcome to my website! I am a certified personal trainer, having completed the W.I.T.S program in 2008. With over a decade of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their unique fitness goals and aspirations.
As a specialist in working with older adults and post-rehabilitated clients, I am passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life and regain their confidence through exercise. I have been serving clients in the Central New Jersey area for many years, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals.
I am excited to offer you the convenience of virtual training from the comfort of your own home! Through the zoom app, I now provide both Group and One on One Training sessions. Our sessions utilize suspension training systems and traditional free-weight dumbbells in interval circuit style routines, combining resistance training and interval circuits to maximize cardiovascular, endurance, and strength benefits.
To get you started, I offer two free virtual One on One Personal Training sessions to help you learn the basics of the program and to address any modifications you may need. With this personalized attention, you can feel confident and prepared when you join your first group training session with the rest of the crew.
